Pavlov was one of the first songs Kate ever wrote. Nearly 10 years later after interest in the song on TikTok, the song has been remastered for release on streaming services for the first time. This track was produced and arranged by Matthew Dean Marsh and tracked in bars all over New York City in 2013.

The 2022 re-mastering is by Shelley Anderson of Black Lab Mastering (The Features, James Bear, Femke Weidema).

Kate's background in theater writing informs her lyric-driven, surrealist approach to indie pop, evoking artists such as Lizzy McAlpine, Mitski, Maggie Rogers, and Florence + The Machine. You can hear her rock-noir collaboration with Shayfer James, The Ninth Hour, streaming on all platforms.
