The Tree Protection Agency
Designed by Charlotte Vosseler
The Tree Protection Agency is an immersive classroom experience to educate young people about our urban forest and ways in which we can be better neighbor to trees. Classrooms receive transmissions from the Tree Protection Agency, an undercover group of renegade city arborists. These transmissions allow students to work through assignments and activities centered on urban trees, culminating in the students doing field work of their own: plugging their own observations into an online database.
This activity is COVID-safe and can be used in remote learning settings.
